Q: Does it take tap water or distiller?

A: It takes tap water, but we recommend to use with distilled water to prolong its working life.

Q: How often should I clean my diffuser?

A: We recommend you to clean water tank, upper lid and base regularly after 3 times of use.

Q: There is no mist coming out?

A1: Add enough water but not exceed the MAX line. Unplug, check and re-plug correctly.

A2: Firmly lock the inner cap with the upper lid and try again.

A3: There are 2 misting mode: continous and intermittent. Choose the right misting mode.

A4: Diffuser may auto shuts off after a long period of use. Please wait for 1-2 hours and retry again.

Q: Does this diffuser run with the light off?

A: Yes, you can run mist with the light off, or run light with mist off.

Q: Is it BPA free?

A: Yes, it is BPA free.

Q: What might cause water leaking?

A1: Firmly lock the inner cap with the upper lid and try again. Loose built-in cap may cause water leaking.

A2: You might received a damaged freight. Check if there is tiny cracks in water tank.

Q: How large of an area does it cover?

A: This 100ml diffuser is portable sized and is designed for covering 100-150 sq ft area. For larger room you can choose our 300ml 500ml diffuser.
