The unsurpassed, profound, and wonderful Dharma is difficult to encounter in hundreds of millions of eons.
I now see and hear it, receive and uphold it
And I now vow to fathom the Tathagata's true meaning.

The Lotus Sutra Namu Myoho Renge Kyo Chapter II Skillful Means
At that time the Bhagavat (The World-Honored One) arose tranquilly with insight out of samadhi and addressed Sariputra:
‟Profound and immeasurable is the wisdom of the buddhas. The gate to their wisdom is hard to enter and difficult to understand. None of the sravakas and pratyekabuddhas may be capable of understanding it.
Why is this?
The buddhas have closely attended innumerable hundreds of thousands of myriads of kotis of other buddhas. They have exhaustively carried out practices with courage and persistence under uncountable numbers of buddhas, their names becoming universally renowned.
They have perfected this profound and unprecedented Dharma, and their intention in adapting their explanations to what is appropriate is difficult to understand.
O Sariputra! After attaining buddhahood I expounded the teaching extensively with various explanations and illustrations, and with skillful means (upaya) led sentient beings to rid themselves of their attachments. Upaya (Sanskrit: , expedient means, pedagogy) is a term used in Mahayana Buddhism to refer to an aspect of guidance along the Buddhist Paths to liberation where a conscious, voluntary action is driven by an incomplete reasoning about its direction. Upaya is often used with kaushalya (कौशल्य, "cleverness"), upaya-kaushalya meaning "skill in means".
Upaya, from the Sanskrit, does not have a direct translation in English. However, upaya may be represented with:
Why is this?
Because all the Tathagatas have attained perfect mastery of skillful means, wisdom, and insight.
O Sariputra! The wisdom and insight of the Tathagatas is extensive, profound, immeasurable, and unhindered. They are possessed of power, fearlessness, meditation, liberation, and samadhi that is profound and endless. They have completely attained this unprecedented Dharma.
O Sariputra! The Tathagatas can, through various methods, skillfully illuminate the Dharma with gentle speech and gladden the hearts of the assemblies.
O Sariputra! To put it briefly, the buddhas have attained this immeasurable, limitless, and unprecedented Dharma.
Enough, O Sariputra, I will speak no further.
Why is this?
Because the Dharma that the buddhas have attained is foremost unique, and difficult to understand.
No one but the buddhas can completely know the real aspects of all dharmas—that is to say their character, nature, substance, potential, function, cause, condition, result, effect, and essential unity.”
Thereupon the Bhagavat spoke these verses to explain this meaning again:
Illimitable are the heroes of the world.
All the devas and people in the triple world,
And all the classes of living beings,
Cannot know the mind of a Buddha.
The Buddhas' power, fearlessness,
Liberation and Samadhi,
And other Dharmas of the Buddhas
Can be fathomed by no one.
Formerly, following countless Buddhas,
I perfectly walked all the paths
Of the wonderful Dharma, subtle and deep,
Hard to see and difficult to understand;
Through innumerable hundreds of millions of eons,
I walked down all these paths.
In the Bodhimanda—the Terrace of Elightenment,
I realized the fruit of the Dharma,
And have fully known and seen it all.
Such great effects and rewards and retributions,
The various natures, marks, and meanings,
Are such that I and the Buddhas of the ten directions
Alone (only) can understand these matters.
This Dharma is indescribable.
Words must fall silent;
Language is insufficient.
Of all the kinds of living beings
None there is who can understand it,
Except for those Bodhisattvas,
Firm in the power of faith,
Are willing to understand.
The multitudes of the Buddha's disciples
Who've made offerings to the Buddhas
And who have exhausted all outflows,
And dwell in their final bodies—
The strength of people such as these
Also proves inadequate to understand it.
If the world were filled
With those like Shariputra,
Who together spent their thoughts to measure it,
They couldn't fathom the Buddha's wisdom.
Truly, suppose the ten directions,
Were filled with those like Shariputra,
And that the remaining disciples filled
All the lands in the ten directions,
And that together they spent their thoughts to comprehend it,
They also could not know it.
If Pratyeka Buddhas of sharp wisdom
Without outflows, in their final bodies,
Also filled the ten-directions,
Their number like the bamboo in the forest,
And if they put their minds together,
Wishing to think about the Buddha's real wisdom,
Throughout measureless millions eons,
They could not know the smallest part of it.
Suppose newly resolved Bodhisattvas,
Who've made offerings to countless Buddhas,
Who understand the principle and the purport,
And are well able to speak the Dharma,
Whose numbers are like grains of rice, hemp, bamboo, and reeds,
Filled the ten-direction lands,
And suppose with one mind and with wondrous wisdom,
They were all together to think it over,
Throughout eons numbering like the Ganges' sands,
Even they couldn't know the Buddha's wisdom.
Suppose that Bodhisattvas,
Their number like the Ganges' sands,
who had reached the stage of nonretrogression,
With one mind thought to seek that wisdom
Still they would not be able to know of it.
And what is more, Shariputra,
That inconceivable, incorruptible,
And beyond all comprehension,
Most profound and subtle Dharma,
I have perfectly obtained,
And I alone know its mark,
Along with the ten-direction Buddhas.
Shariputra, you should know
The words of the Buddhas do not differ.
(They may sound different due to varying expedients employed, but)
The words of the buddhas are never inconsitent
Neither do they contradict one another.
In the Dharma spoken by the Buddhas
You should place the power of great faith.
When the Bhagavat's Dharma is at its end,
The true and real has been spoken.
I tell the assembly of Sravakas
And those who seek the Pratyekabuddha Vehicle,
That I will lead them to cast off suffering's bond,
And arrive at Nirvana.
The Buddha uses the power of expedients,
Demonstrating the teaching of Three Vehicles,
So that living beings, attached in many places,
May be guided to escape.
In other words, get it through to you, mere mortals cannot comprehend what the Buddhas comprehend, their minds are simply insufficient. Therefore, in order that the Buddhas may teach their wisdom to mere mortals of insufficient mind, skilled means (or expedient devices) are employed.
Once the mere mortal has attained the other shore, from there he can look back and see, yes indeed, thus it is, and thus was why I could not formerly apprehend the Buddha's wisdom from my inferior place, and I now see why such methods as skilled means (or expedient devices) were employed by prior Buddhas in their way of teaching me the Dharma. Now I understand how these skilled means (or expedient devices) directed my mind towards the other shore even while I was not yet sufficient to comprehend the full truth of the Buddha's wisdom.
Spotlight on : The Week's Best Blogs
I usually copy and paste, scrapbook format, articles I like from around the web onto this page, but this week, there were so many good articles and all of them are quite long; so I decided to take a different approach. These links open in a new tab when you click on them for your convenience. It will take you quite a while to read through all this material, but it's worth it…some very good authors this week.
Fred Reed doesn't believe the breakup of the United States can be avoided:
Both racial war, and its close cousin, ethnic war, result from contact between groups of different kinds—that is, diversity, which causes most of the world’s bloodshed. Americans seldom notice this. One reasons is that they are constantly told that diversity is a blissful state. But it isn’t. Consider: Catholics and Protestants in Ireland, Sunnis and Shia in many places, Jews and Moslems in Palestine, Hutus and Tutsis in Burundi, Hindus and Moslems in India and nearby, Tamils and Sinhalese in Sri Lanka, Chinese and Indonesians in Indonesia, French and Africans in Paris, and so on. The assertion that “diversity is our strength” seems an attempt to avoid realizing that it isn’t.
Racial and ethnic conflicts are cruel, often explosive, and irrational. They seldom make sense because the devastation and hideousness are disproportionate to the assigned causes. For example, the differences between Protestants and Catholics in Ireland are so slight as probably to be undetectable to you and me, yet the two fought murderously for years, blowing up pubs packed with member of the other faction. In the American case, nice and good-hearted people will point out that blacks are warm and friendly people if they like you, immensely talented in this and that, have legitimate grievances’ against society, and so on. All true. And irrelevant. Similar things can be said about both sides in most ethnic conflicts.
The prospect for bloodshed grows in the presence of other forms of social tension and is probably proportional to suppression of mention of the frictions. You can’t solve a problem if you don’t admit that it exists. The United States today is bent to the breaking point under many stresses other than racial. Severe economic uncertainty, declining standards of living, growing economic inequality, crushing debt loads to include student debt that hinders normal formation of families, hatred—not too strong a word—between Trump people and the coastal elites who rule the country, actual poverty in Appalachia, the Rust Belt, and the rural South, large and growing homeless populations, immigration, and the recent discovery that America consists of many cultures that do not like each other: New England, Alabama, West Virginia, Jews, Latinos, These constitute a poisonous accelerant that will detonate easily and intensify any conflict...
We are seeing a ferocious attack on the underpinnings of white European civilization, and for that matter of all actual civilizations. Japan, India, China, South Korea—none would buy into the enstupidation and degradation. Neither would Argentina or Mexico, which try to raise their cultural levels. Only America is on a downward path, in search of social justice.—https://www.unz.com/freed/blackness-fatigue-enough-is-too-much/
Read the whole thing. The current state of affairs is because the ADL, the imperial government, and the media are frantically trying to fan the flames of black hatred of whites while simultaneously attempting to ban any thought, word, or deed that could be interpreted as insubservience to the god of this world and his children. They know they need a LOT more soldiers to have any chance of surviving the coming conflict and the odds are not on their side no matter how they enervate the US military.
China and Russia have made it clear that they will not be ruled. It will not be too terribly long before Americans are forced to choose between either submitting or rebelling, and the combination of White flight from the cities and the mass self-arming of the populace strongly suggests an inclination toward the latter. This is probably why the vaccines have been unleashed, to further weaken an already demoralized population in an attempt to render it incapable of resistance.
But their attempt is failing. And if there is one thing we have learned from history, it is that any nation determined to free itself from Satan's little servants will eventually succeed in doing so, unless it is exterminated by them first.
[T]he Occupant-in-Chief decided to make the single most irresponsible statement ever made by someone who was sworn in as President since Richard Nixon said, “What’s the worst that they can do to me?”
I don’t want to be accused of taking Biden out of context (not that there’s much of a chance of that) but here’s his quote, to the most accurate degree I can find:
“Those who say the blood of patriots, you know, and all the stuff about how we’re gonna have to move against the government, if you think you need to have weapons to take on the government, you need F-15s and maybe some nuclear weapons.”—Joe Biden, probably King George III reincarnate
First, Biden is as articulate as a fourth-grader with fetal alcohol syndrome who’s just smoked a bowl of Hunter Biden’s crack. And, yes, his Fraudulency has a son who smokes crack with hookers and takes videos of it. This is a thing that really happens. Of course, the response from the Left is to say Putin is corrupt.
Sorry. I’ll try to stick to the topic.
Second, that’s also the same logic as a fourth-grader with an extra chromosome or three who’s just huffed a can of sparkly gold spray paint. Abraham Lincoln made the obvious response fairly well:
“All the armies of Europe and Asia could not by force take a drink from the Ohio River or make a track on the Blue Ridge in the trial of a thousand years. No, if destruction be our lot we must ourselves be its author and finisher. As a nation of free men we will live forever or die by suicide.”
Lincoln was wrong about a lot of things. He was right about a lot of things, too. He is correct about this:
“As a nation of free men, we will live forever or die by suicide.”
Joe Biden could have the armies of the united States get him a drink by force from any river in this land. But Joe Biden and all the armies of the united States couldn’t hold the length of the Missouri or the Mississippi for a single day by force.
The armies of the united States number some 1.3 million men oh, wait people oh, wait, xim/xers. Add in the Reserves? Let’s round WAY UP and call it three million. Total.
There are three million males in Missouri. I pick Missouri only because they recently decided they’re going to tell the Feds to attempt to compact a very large object into a very small space when it comes to firearm laws.
Not all of the three million males in Missouri would be on the side of freedom, since there are always some disgusting gelatinous slugs of humanity that will side with Evil over Truth. But there are enough. And don’t tell me that neighboring states wouldn’t flow in.
No, Mr. Biden. The only one who needs F-15s and nuclear weapons for control is you, you disgusting pile of fake hair, fake teeth, Alzheimer’s degraded brain, who gets his only Father’s Day card encrusted in cocaine dust and whore DNA.
The united States governs only, let me make this clear, only by consent of the governed. As citizens, we’re generally pretty good. But we are horrible, horrible at taking instruction from tyrants. It’s in our DNA.
No, literally. This is not an exaggeration. My family line came across an ocean to tame a continent. That was their resume. That was their job description as they rocked back and forth on little wooden boats in the midst of Atlantic storms. We didn’t come here because we were weak. We came here to fight and die and bleed and make this land our own.
We came here because we were strong.
We came here because we yearned for freedom.
Mr. Biden, your butt-sniffing and shoe-licking parents and your degenerate sons and personal weaknesses are abhorrent to every fiber of my body. Mr. Biden, you are disgusting. Mr. Biden, your forefathers were horrible. Mr. Biden, you and your weaknesses represent everything wrong with this country, and everything that has led to where we are today.
How dare you threaten me?
To threaten me is to threaten Duncan MacWilder of the Clan MacWilder, who came here before this was a country. (Yes, the MacLeod Clan is a subsidiary clan of the MacWilder Clan for you Highlander)
It is to threaten Hans Wilder, who came here to leave tyrants behind in Europe before World War I.
It is to threaten my forefathers who died hewing a civilization out of this continent with their blood and sweat and toil and dead babies so lazy writers like me could exist.
The deal we made in 1776 is the same one we have today, Bucko. We are here because we have certain inalienable rights.
Mr. Biden, you want to threaten me with jet fighters? Mr. Biden, you want to threaten to use nuclear weapons against your own citizens?
We didn’t come here for that. We didn’t die here for that. We didn’t bury our sons and daughters on dusty plains and hills and hallows for that across this country, building it with our blood for that.
Reparations? We paid for that in blood in places you have long forgotten, like Manassas Junction. Everyone I’ve ever been able to research on any part of my family has been someone who made the united States better.
We taught Eisenhower (really). We built farms. We built bridges 150 years ago that still exist today. We built infrastructure that serves tens of millions of people – this is not an exaggeration. We built railroads across mountains that mountain goats couldn’t cross. We took trains up those mountains when the snow was 20 feet deep. With our kids.
Just for fun.
We raised and nurtured children and taught them freedom.
Our blood is in this soil. Our children are buried here as payment from sea to sea.
My blood is in this soil. My forefathers weren’t evil. They were Big Damn Heroes. Odin and Thor and Jesus would be proud of them for their courage.
Did other people build this land as well? Sure. But Wilder blood is spread here from the Mayflower to today.
I can do no less than to tell you, Mr. Biden, what Duncan MacWilder would have said:
I can do no less than to tell you, Mr. Biden, what Patrick Henry would have said (he is related to me, according to my great aunt who did genealogy stuff):
I can do no less than to tell you, Mr. Biden, what Hans Wilder would have said:
And, to mark the first time I have ever used this word on this blog? Each and every one of them would have added:
Fuck you, Mr. Biden.
Bring your jets. Bring your nukes. The only way you have to dislodge us off this continent we conquered with our blood and sweat and buried kin is to kill us all. We will never give up. We will never surrender. This will not die with me. Or my children.
You will never defeat us. Never. Our blood is here. Here we make our stand. We can go to no other country for freedom. We can go no further to a distant frontier. Despite what you will try to do with us, despite the injustices you will visit on us, we will win. We will mock you, and your grave will be pulled up and your bones used by our children for their amusement.
We will smile, and nod.
We did not choose this. We do not want this.
You spiked the ball too soon. Maybe two generations into the future, they would go gentle onto that goodnight.
Too soon, Bucko.
Geopolitics expert warns China preparing for total war against the United States 2021-06-11 05:47
The long-term global domination plan has always been for China to invade and conquer the continental United States by launching attacks from Mexico, while Russia plans to attack and take Alaska, then proceed to conquer Canada.
What has changed recently in all this, however, is that China has sharply accelerated its timetable of attacking America due to emerging revelations about the origins of the covid-19 biological weapon, which was developed under the supervision of the communist Chinese military.
China now knows it must attack and attempt to destroy America before these investigations show China deliberately built the bioweapon and released it on the world.
20And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh. 21Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto. — Luke 21

Remember, Liberals always believe the worst of America. We should be more like China or Europe, and if they’re doing something different from America, then America is definitely wrong! I guarantee you many liberals are watching Europe keep Covid restrictions in place indefinitely, so they’re drawing up plans to reinstate mask mandates and lockdowns. New strains and the approach of winter will be used as cover for CDC reversals of various policies.
The First Amendment protects against the infringement of religion and in so doing, it protects religion itself from blasphemers, heretics, iconoclasts, and apostates.
Satanism is NOT a legitimate religion and does not deserve any protections under the First Amendment.
Satanism exists solely as a repudiation of another religion, Christianity. Satan is NOT a god. He's a flunky. Any worship of Satan is merely a rude gesture AGAINST the God of Christianity. The entire act of worship in Satanism IS flinging an insult at the God of Christianity. As such, it is not the practice of a religion, but rather the practice of an insult.
You may already know that NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. The name is derived from three components that most affect our human experience: our neurology, our language, and our programming, or the way in which we have learned to model the world around us. The development of NLP began in the 1970s in California, by Richard Bandler and John Grinder as an innovative approach to psychotherapy, communication, and personal development.
NLP studies the methods, validity and scope involved in what it means to be human on many different levels and dimensions. It focuses on fostering competence and flexibility of behavior, and involves analytical and strategic thought to understand what mental processes are behind human behavior.

Other than each player’s individual hidden objective cards, the only elements of luck are encounter cards that players will draw as they interact with the citizens of newly explored lands and combat cards that give you a temporary boost in combat. Combat is also driven by choices, not luck or randomness.
