Societal decline is best imagined as a drunk man falling down a long flight of stairs, maybe a long spiral staircase. He begins at the top, the peak of the society, then carelessly makes the wrong steps and begins to tumble down the stairs. It is not a rapid or steady fall to the bottom. Instead, he hits a landing, rights himself for a bit, but regaining his confidence he makes another wrong step and takes another tumble.

Some of the landings are long and he is able to function at that level for a while, thinking he is still at the place he started. Maybe he takes a few tentative steps back to the old position higher up the stairs, but eventually it is another misstep, and he falls back down past that landing to another landing farther down. This is societal decline. It is periods of decline punctuated by periods in which it feels like the decline has been arrested.

This is useful to keep in mind as we watch the new regime come to grips with the new reality they face. For five years their sense of identity was built around opposing Donald Trump and his voters. Now that is gone and there is a great hollow place in the middle of their lives. Just as happened after the left ran Nixon out of town, today’s left is finding out that life is hard without their favorite devil.

The comparison between Trump and Nixon is an obvious one. Both men were hated by the same sorts of people for the same sorts of reasons. Trump, like Nixon, put the lie to progressive morality. These people are not acting from virtue or a sense of moral duty, but from the selfish desire for privilege. They saw Nixon and Trump as vulgar bumpkins who had no right to be in their presence, much less the White House.

Extending the analogy further, the left of a generation ago agonized over the unrealized future they were sure Kennedy would have ushered in if he had lived. Kennedy was not killed by a communist; he was killed by racist, regressive white America. You know, Nixon voters. After all, Nixon’s “Southern strategy” was an explicit appeal to white voters disgusted by the 1960s cultural revolution.

A generation on, Obama was this generation’s Kennedy, but instead of being martyred, he was just too lazy to do much of anything. That is not an acceptable answer, so they believe he was thwarted from ushering in the post-national, multicultural future by a secret cabal of racists and fascists. These are the people who put Trump in the White House. After all, his MAGA pitch was explicitly aimed at disaffected whites.

In this analogy, Biden becomes the Jimmy Carter act in the play. After Nixon was dispatched, the left was suddenly left without a reason to exist. Carter ended up in the White House mostly by dumb luck. The radicals were too disorganized to have a strategy for exploiting the Watergate scandal. The establishment had no one they could put up with a chance to win. Carter exploited the primary rules to win the nomination.

Similarly, Biden’s journey to the White House was the result of serendipity. The preferred options of the establishment were as appealing as rectal cancer. None of them could gain public support. The radical option reminded most voters of that old college professor who smelled like feet. Biden had black support, so that was enough to get him the nomination, even if he had no idea where he was most of the time.

No historical analogy is perfect, as we are not living in an endless loop. For example, Carter was a smart man and a capable politician. He had a clear understanding of his position, even though he had no solutions for it. Biden, in contrast, was always a jovial simpleton and now he has dementia. He is the manifestation of the bug-man, a shell of a man animated by others.

Darn skippy! What happened since last Sunday and for my area until last Thursday was a major Illuminati test. Fully expect all hell to break loose at any given moment weather wise anywhere in America from here on out. Especially now that we are approaching Spring 2021. Tornadoes, hailstorms, wind storms, and pretty much any other kind of storms are very much possible during Spring. The Illuminati has the technology to forcibly transform any tornado or tornadoes they so desire into the much feared F6 class -- Apocalypse class.

They can easily forcibly transform any storm into a severe storm. They can forcibly transform any severe storm into a hailstorm that dumps so much hail (usually pellet size) onto a local area to the point it all turns into an epic flash flood zone. They have the technology to forcibly transform a hailstorm to produce not soft ball sized hailstones but literal ice blocks. No home in America can withstand a long bombardment of literal ice blocks falling out of the sky. The Illuminati has the technology to forcibly transform a rainstorm into a rainstorm that will produce not a few inches of rain in a short amount of time to create a flash flood situation, but a literal waterfall or series of waterfalls. This amount of water in such a short amount of time have the power to permanently transform whatever land(s) those torrents of water touch.

One of the reasons the country should elect Joe Biden president, voters were told over and again last summer and fall, was that America needed to go back to the unexceptional days of B.T.—Before Trump. But if what we’ve seen so far is normal, then please give us the irregular, the unconventional, and the unorthodox.

When Democrats and the media (do we always need to say here, “but we repeat ourselves”?) said Biden would lead us back to the political and social lives pre-Donald Trump, they meant more than just putting the pandemic behind us. They insisted normalcy was getting rid of a president whose tweets upset them; transporting America to the days when we could disagree about politics but not let them divide us; making Washington a functioning machine turning out useful public policy; a staid rather than turbulent White House, and, according to a late November rant by Robert Reich, a labor secretary during the early Clinton years, recovering “a former America that, by contrast, might appear quiet and safe, even boring.”

On Inauguration Day, the San Francisco Chronicle’s senior political writer marked it down that “many Americans” would exhale on that morning because “four years of chaos and lies and the presidential encouragement of America’s most malevolent elements will end when Joe Biden takes the oath of office.”

A few days before Christmas, Cook Political Report national editor Amy Walter said “Biden’s transition has been like his campaign; traditional, predictable and with little to no drama or surprises. His choices for his cabinet and White House personnel reflect a desire for restoration.”

Out of all the anti-freedom Covid controls put in place for the last year, can you think of one where leaders didn’t specifiy some arbitrary time frame to get the people to accept it (15 days to slow the spread, 30 day mask mandate, 45-day lockdown, etc.)? Of course, the Ruling Class-appointed president, Joe Biden, continued the trend with his promise, “It’s just 100 days of wearing masks, not forever!” Is there one single person reading this who really believes the forced masking will end after his first 100 days? We now have three vaccines out and two more on the way. You’d think that a wobbling civilization, plagued by failures of economy and politics, would have better things to do than submit to the crypto-religious ghost-dance of racial hysteria called “being Woke” that preoccupies its thinking class. Case in point: the vocational martyrdom at Smith College of a lowly staffer named Jodi Shaw, who objected publicly to the ritual indignities heaped on her by colleagues and students in the name of “social justice”—that is, the holy war against “whiteness.”

Her story: Ms. Shaw, a divorced mother with two children (and Smith alum, 1993) worked as a Student Support Coordinator in the Department of Residence Life (that is, a dorm counselor). She was asked to denounce herself in staff meetings about “systemic racism,” and complained about it through the proper channels, which only invited more hectoring abuse. In frustration, she finally posted a video on the web to expose the Stalinist bullying that was allowed to infect every corner of campus life at Smith. The admin offered her a cash settlement to shut up and get lost. Ms. Shaw turned it down but resigned anyway in a long letter to Smith President Kathleen McCartney that she made public about the college’s hostile workplace.

How does this happen? Because Wokery above all is about status, and the elite schools exist to confer status on the young people who can get into them, who then move on into an adult life of high-status (high-paying) employment facilitated by their old school connections. In prior times, the elite schools accomplished this by offering a superior education via superior faculty and superior curricula. Lately, the emphasis has shifted to promoting sham moral superiority, because it is a shortcut to gaining power over other people — and nowadays, elitism is no longer about excellence, but just raw power over others. As the Woke hysteria ramped up on campuses across the nation, and the various colleges and U’s started competing to out-do each other in moralistic fanaticism, Smith College vied with its sister schools and the other Ivies for Woke-est of all.

The moral black hole at the center of this vicious nonsense is the spectacular failure of authority of the people who run these institutions. Smith President Kathleen McCartney supported and encouraged the Woke inquisition on her campus. She gets paid the tidy sum of $515,461 a year. Maybe she didn’t want to give that up by taking a principled stand against bad behavior and bad ideas. Maybe she favors the rule of bad ideas and unprincipled behavior? Is she stupid or depraved? And, of course, what about her huge staff of vice-presidents and deans, not to mention the school’s board of trustees? To what degree are we seeing simple cowardice? Learning from Ants

“If you catch 100 red fire ants as well as 100 large black ants, and put them in a jar, at first, nothing will happen. However, if you violently shake the jar and dump them back on the ground the ants will fight until they eventually kill each other. The thing is, the red ants think the black ants are the enemy and vice versa, when in reality, the real enemy is the person who shook the jar. This is exactly what’s happening in society today. Liberal vs. Conservative. Black vs. White. Pro Mask vs. Anti-Mask. Vax vs. Anti-vax. Rich vs. poor. Man vs. woman. Cop vs. citizen. [Etc.] The real question we need to be asking ourselves is who’s shaking the jar… and why?”

And yet, the answer to the question is fairly simple.

But let’s first take a look at this anomaly. It’s natural to identify with some individuals more than others. That tendency occurred before Homo sapiens came into being. In addition, the tendency for animals to group into families or packs also predates humans.

We tend to want to be around those who behave the way we do and have the same perceptions as we do. That only makes sense. We wish to surround ourselves with those who are unlikely to surprise and possibly even endanger us by behaving in a fashion that we would not ourselves choose.

This is the basis of trust – an essential in group or herd mentality. And being a part of a group or herd brings to us increased safety.

So, what then, of those who are not within our group or herd? How do we relate to them?

Well, any nature programme that covers animals gathered around a water hole can provide that answer.

We see a small group of wild pigs drinking alongside a group of wildebeests. Neither species is predatory, so they learn to recognise that, even though one group is made up of savannah-living grazers and the other are forest-living foragers, they can easily co-exist, which will increase the ability of both species to use the water hole at the same time.

We might also see a group of hyenas using the water hole, but we notice that the prey animals all seek to keep a distance between themselves and the predatory hyenas. Everyone understands that they are all at the water hole for the same reason and it makes sense to share, even if, in another situation, they are natural enemies.

In fact, in most of nature, we see that species adapt to a condition of mutual tolerance in order to be able to coexist.

No surprise, then, that Homo sapiens got on the mutual tolerance bandwagon in its formative stages and, for the most part, has remained that way.

But it is also true that predators develop dual habits. They may exercise tolerance at the water hole, but at some point, they mean to make a meal of their water hole neighbours.

And when doing so, many species create associations with others of their kind to hunt.

This, too, is true of humans. Most of humanity seeks to live in a spirit of cooperation with others.

In the countryside, people erect walls and fences to establish boundaries, then find it expedient to respect such divisions in order to live in peace. Even in cities, people who live cheek by jowl in the same building respect each other’s privacy for the most part. Even if they do not become friends, they either remain polite or ignore each other.

Although there are always exceptions, for the most part, mankind behaves in a manner that is based upon “getting along.” He might argue with others, but for the most part, he understands that cooperation generally should be the objective, as it’s in his best interests.

But why, then, are we seeing in so many of the countries of the First World, a rapidly increasing polarity amongst people. Ms. Starr is exactly correct. Those who would be most inclined toward mutual tolerance have, in recent years, become so polarised that they cannot so much as get together with their own families for the holidays without getting into heated arguments.

Why are people of today so solidly in one of two camps?

Can this be blamed on the rise of the internet? Well, no, the internet has become the source of a plethora of opinions and perceptions. And more than closing people off to polarised “A” and “B” choices, the internet has served to broaden public discourse.

Of course, most people express distrust for the media, particularly those networks that purportedly deal in “news.” What passes for news today is far from objective information that the viewer can then assess at his leisure.

On one network, we view unceasing diatribes against one political party. Then we turn the channel and view unceasing diatribes against the opposing party.

In turning on the News, we arrive at Indoctrination Central.

But if we really pay attention objectively, we discover that the same programmes are dictating to us that it is either our humanitarian duty to vax, or that vaxxing will enslave us to globalists who will inject us with microchips.

They are also our source for the opposing beliefs that warfare is essential to protect us against those who seek to destroy us, or that it will be the wars themselves that will destroy us.

In fact, all of Ms. Starr’s concerns find their source in the media. When we ask the question, “Who is shaking the jar… and why?” we find that those who control the media are at the source of the polarisation of people, especially in the First World.

As to the “Why?” the answer is so simple that it’s often overlooked. Like the ants, the more a people can be made to fight each other, the easier it is to subjugate them.

And since the effort to polarise people has become so massive, we can only conclude that the ultimate objective will be to implement a far greater level of subjugation, in an abnormally short period of time.

Liberal vs. Conservative. Black vs. white. Man vs. woman. Divide and conquer.

In such a socio-political climate, the challenge will be to keep your wits about you. As the jar is shaken on a daily basis, it will be vital to recognise that those who control the media are creating a war between the pigs and the wildebeests. This is something that is not desired by either species, but as Hermann Goering stated, “Why, of course the people don’t want war.” They must be goaded into it if those who are pulling the stings are to achieve greater subjugation.

Those who fall for the bait – who buy into rabidly supporting one political party or another, or who allow themselves to be angered at an entire race, or who are conned into hatred of an entire gender—will prove to be the greatest casualties of subjugation.
