With the news that law students and faculty at Stanford Law School shouted down a visiting appeals court justice, preventing him from delivering the speech that he had been asked to give at the school, we see that even prestigious law schools don’t want to hear from anyone from the other side of the political aisle.
Couple that with faculty and students being attacked by a virtual lynch mob of other students because of their political beliefs, I just can’t see any other possible result on the horizon than the outbreak of outright hostilities.
The ever increasing animosity and violence has been ramping up for years. Reminiscent of the period before the Civil War when fistfights erupted on the floor of Congress. Outside of Congress, people would attack and beat their Representatives in the street.
Even Politico sees the parallels between now and the 1850’s. The difference here is that Politico is blaming the right for the violence, and using the attack on Paul Pelosi as evidence. Of course, we know that the Pelosi attack was his gay lover attacking Pelosi. Even if you DON’T believe the gay lover story, there is no evidence that the attack had anything to do with politics.
Even in the days before the American Revolution, there was violence. Keep in mind that in those days, those who lived in North America were all of the same country. That didn’t stop British soldiers from raping and killing local women. Colonists would tar and feather tax collectors before burning down the tax collector’s house.
Wars between citizens of a same country are especially bitter because of the similarities between combatants. Like a couple that has been married for too long, each party knows how to hurt the other, and they do.
In the current day conflict, we are seeing an extension of the conflict of the Civil War: does one side in a political debate have the power to force the other side to do their bidding? The Civil War was one of country farmers in the south versus the industrial city dwellers of the north. The south didn’t have the industrial base to win the war. In today’s case, it will be the country and suburban counties versus the heavily populated cities. Will the cities have the industrial base to win?
We are clearly fighting World War III (even politicians admit this). If Russia loses the war and NATO sends troops into Russia there will be definitely be a nuclear attack on the USA and much of Europe. And that will be the end of that. Meanwhile here are some bits of news that the BBC might accidentally have forgotten to mention.
And this might be a good time to re-watch the video I released on 3rd May 2022 which was entitled `Why they need World War III’. (I was, of course, sneered at when I made that video. ‘That will never happen’ insisted the naïve, the gullible and the still innocent. I was told that there would be no war because ‘the people wouldn’t allow it’.)
China is setting up ‘military offices’ on the bit of China straight across from Taiwan. And Chinese fisherman have ‘accidentally’ cut cable lines to Taiwan. And the Chinese Government is telling its citizens the location of their nearest nuclear bunker. World War III is spreading East.
North Korea now says that ‘there is a realistic chance of nuclear war’. Since they probably won’t be fighting a nuclear war with Iceland, it’s a good bet that the war will be with the US, the UK and the EU.
The American Government lost wars in Afghanistan, Iraq and Vietnam. What makes Biden think he can fight Russia and China and win?
America and China are both rapidly increasing their armoury of nuclear weapons.
President Orban of Hungary has said that western countries are close to discussing the possibility of sending NATO troops into Ukraine to fight Russia. The Russians will then have to kill NATO troops very quickly. And that is when WWIII will become very dangerous. Don’t buy any long books or start watching lengthy TV series.
NATO reckons we are fighting a perpetual hot war (as opposed to a cold war) with Russia. If WWIII doesn’t progress to a nuclear war it will last for years.
Huge amounts of American military hardware (including endless rows of tanks) are currently in Poland. Where is this mass of invasion material headed? Ukraine? Belarus? Russia? Or will it remain in Poland.
Rheinmetall, a large German arms company and tank maker wants to build a factory in Ukraine to produce 400 tanks a year in that country. They say the factory will be protected against air attacks.
The US Special Operations Command at the Pentagon (the American version of the 77th Brigade) is now making deep fake videos and promoting them on the internet. Armies of both the UK and the US (and, presumably, all other countries) have been eavesdropping on their own citizens for years. They are also busy hacking, spreading propaganda, sharing disinformation and demonising honest truth-tellers. These people lie all day long for a living. ‘What did you do at work today, darling?’ ‘Oh, I lied and deceived the taxpayers.’ ‘That’s nice dear.’ Do these soldiers realise they are working to destroy our society?
A few days ago I warned about Israel’s plans for attacking Iran. Mark R Elsis of Earthnewspaper tells me that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has insisted that the option of attacking an Iranian nuclear facility in ‘self-defence’ must be kept open.
‘Horrible nuclear war will break out if Iran isn’t stopped’, said President Netanyahu of Israel, who presumably thinks that a `nice’ nuclear war is possible.
The destruction of the Nord Stream pipeline by the Americans won’t be the only such attack on undersea equipment. All underwater pipelines are now vulnerable to attack – that includes oil and gas and cable too. (You can, by the way, discount the silly story spread about the Nord Stream pipeline in the mainstream media. I don’t really think it’s possible that a scuba diver went down from a yacht and cut the pipeline with a Swiss Army Penknife. I know this because the Swiss Army Penknife does not have a pipe line cutting blade.)
The sanctions against Russia, which have hit the EU and the UK so hard, have done nothing to Russia. The fact is that Russia has done more drilling for oil in the last year than in the last decade. Russian rail-freight volumes heading east now exceed rail-freight volumes heading west. The sanctions have pushed Russia, China and India into a becoming a combined force more than capable of taking on the United States and the EU. How could the US and the UK and the EU not realise that India would side with Russia? India has always been an ally of Russia (even without cheap oil as an inducement to friendship). In the 1960s (which most mainstream journalists don’t even know existed) India supported Russia during the Cold War (which most mainstream journalists don’t know existed). The answer is, of course, that the conspirators knew what would happen. The conspirators want a World War (which they’ve got) and the mainstream journalists will help them get whatever they want.
Why has the West not interfered in the war taking place in DRC? What about Rwanda? What about Yemen? Why is Ukraine the only conflict that matters to the left wing lunatics who now run the world? The answer is obvious. It is the only conflict which helps build up World War III by damaging the global economy.
A drone from Ukraine attacked a Russian ambulance and killed four health workers. The Ukraine forces have also attacked Russian fire fighters – who claimed that the attacks were deliberate.
The Deep State (aka the handmaidens of the Conspirators) regularly ignore what the people and the elected politician say should be done. Electors no longer have any control over their nations. Even when the people succeed in `winning’ an election the fact is that nothing will change. Civil servants, academics, the media, the judges and the establishment in general do exactly what they want to do and we are all expected to submit to their whims and fancies. Do you know anyone who wants a nuclear war? No, nor do I. But the Deep State (comprised of woke left wing lunatics masquerading as liberals) wants a nuclear war, and unless we do something to remove them then they will get their wish.
Thanks to Namastepublishing.co.uk for letting me know that Shropshire Council is to spend £7 million on housing for Ukrainian and Afghan refugees. Apparently, up to 30 new homes could be provided for homeless refugees with this money. The council has received £3.2 million from the Government (but will have to hand this back if it hasn’t spent the money by November) and it has added local money so that it has more to spend. (The Government has given £500 million of taxpayers’ money to 182 councils for providing homes – largely for Ukrainians.)
The British Army spent £5.5 billion on Ajax armoured vehicles. The Ministry of Defence signed a fixed price contract in 2014 with a company called General Dynamics. It was agreed that British taxpayers would buy 589 vehicles with the first to be delivered in 2017. Sadly, there were problems with noise and vibration and the hearing of soldiers was damaged. Payments to the company were halted but £3.2 billion had already been handed over. The vehicles are now being tested again and it is hoped that the trials will be completed in 18 months (!). The company has dealt with the problem by providing better seat cushions and supplying soldiers with ear defenders. I wonder how many brilliant minds were involved in finding those solutions. I could have happily offered those solutions in two minutes for my usual consulting fee of £1 billion.
Only 30% of Germany’s tanks are operational.
The ever expanding World War III will enable the banksters to deny their debts. China, for example, holds many billions of dollars. If China is dragged into a war with the US, those debts will be cancelled. The War will also enable the big banks to deny their obligations to their customers. Millions of customers will see their savings disappear overnight.
‘Now is not the time for peace talks,’ – Rishi Sunak, Prime Minister of UK who presumably thinks that now is the time for more killing and more bombing.
2nd Kinzhal Attack Hits NATO’s Western Command Center 80 meters Underground, 40 Killed
IN western Ukraine a Russian Forces Kinzhal struck a bunker extending to 80 metres deep. The RF believes this bunker near Lvov was a NATO strategic command point used to control anti-aircraft systems. It’s still early days but the RF assumes there were up to 300 personnel in the bunker, 40 of which were high ranking foreign specialists, hence we can expect 40 body bags heading west in due course. Unconfirmed in the Nikolaevsk region the RF destroyed four senior militants, and a number of officers and planners
As NATO fly’s its spy planes along the Moldavian/Transnistrian (Priednestrovie) border collecting data for the Ukrainians, their troops are positioning themselves to invade Transnistria in Moldova’s breakaway region. A significant build-up of Ukrainian personnel and equipment including setting up of artillery positions and an “unprecedented” increase of drone flights over the region indicate the preparation for an invasion of the sovereign territory that was declared independent in the early 1990s. Half of Transnistria’s 500,000 residents have Russian citizenship.
Transnistria has a predominantly Russian-speaking population and the primary purpose of some 1100 Russian peacekeepers stationed there is to monitor the 1992 ceasefire. This force is now being reinforced with RF military elites. Any action by Ukraine or its US, NATO member states that pose a threat to Russian peacekeepers or nationals in Transnistria will be seen as an attack on Russia, stated the country’s Foreign Ministry. The village of Kolbasna has an enormous X-soviet ammunitions warehouse that the Ukros are desperate to acquire. One of the goals of the RF is to establish a land corridor to Transnistria. The Ukrainian forces/Azov battalion pretext for the invasion will be a fake invasion by Russian troops in Priednestrovie. Currently the RF is jamming all communications in the region.
Re: 2nd Kinzhal Attack Hits NATO’s Western Command Center 80 meters Underground, 40 Killed
Too bad so sad.
It was inevitable the moment they crossed the border.
Did they think this was another Syria or Iraq?
You are going against The BEST military in the entire world. Bar none.
ANY foreigner going to fight the Russians on their own border, clearly has a death wish.
Four battalions comprising largely international fighters have entered the service of the RF. The RF forces are being supplied with long-range equipment including modernised tanks. The RF tank operators are becoming bored and are complaining that the long overdue Abrams and Leopard tanks are taking their time. They are looking forward to the target practice. The RF soldiers are placing bets on whom will be the first to take out an F16 and it will be interesting to see how well they burn. The RF conduct recon operations while the Chechens watch their backs. It doesn’t seem to matter how hard the Ukros hide the RF continues to obliterate them.
Bakhmut is essentially in an operational encirclement and the Ukros lost two large military groupings while attempting to flee the town. It appears that the replacement troops entering Bakhmut are fresh from NATO training camps in Poland. Their uniforms are squeaky clean. The Germans are operating the self-propelled tanks as they are non user-friendly complex equipment. The Ukro forces comprise a majority of Polacks and a mix of German, Canadian, US and French mercs. The Ukros have been thinned out. The German government is paying 5000 marks to return the bodies dead Germans but the Euro is no longer being accepted.
In the north of Bakhmut near Mikhailovka the RF had a success taking out at least 100 Ukros and 10 pieces of military equipment. Using laser guided long range missiles a Marder colony was destroyed. Our soldiers are of the impression the tanks are made of plywood and that they are held together with wire. The Marders’ freeze easily and are very difficult to start in the winter conditions.
The village of Paraskoveyevka on the northern outskirts of Artemivsk is liberated. This opens up broad opportunities to cut off supply routes for personnel and weapons to the AFU’s Bakhmut garrison, while enhancing an offensive in other directions. The settlements of Berkhovka, Yagodnoe, and Dubovo-Vasilyevo are liberated. Soon the last road through Khromovo will be taken by the RF resulting in the blockade of the Bakhmut garrison. The Ukros will lose the opportunity to withdraw equipment and the garrison.
The Ukrainian militants are actively fortifying Chasov Yar, west of Artemovsk, Bakhmut, using banned “Petal” mines, understanding that the Ukrainians may be completely surrounded and left without supply lines. Western analysts admit Kiev must withdraw their militants from Bakhmut, thus they downplay the strategic value of the city. A Ukrainian military retreat may result in heavy losses.
About 90% of Ukraine is sitting in the dark. Various cities receive varied amounts of power – Odessa 2 hours, Nikolaevsk 1 hr, Kiev 1-3 hrs, Kharkov 0, Ivano-Frankov 4-6hrs. Poland is feeding some power back into Ukraine. The RF has destroyed much of the Ukrainian infrastructure communications, power lines/supply, rail, bridges etc and the Ukros cannot repair the transformers using western stabilisers as they are incompatible. The Ukrainians are conserving their UAV fire power. Previously they’d use the quads to drop bombs on every RF target now they wait for the RF to gather before engaging.
Snipers are being encountered frequently and leave their calling cards based on where they shoot the victim—left eye, right eye, mouth etc. The RF fighters are learning to discern the various signatures. In certain areas the Spanish signatures are prevalent. If snipers are known to be active in an area, then the RF makes a considerable effort to hunt them down. All of the big cities are emptied of civilians most have relocated to regional areas many of the male population between 18-50 have vacated the cities to escape the forced conscriptions. So much for democracy.
The iconic US journalist Seymour Hersh claimed that the US is directly responsible for sabotaging the Nord Stream pipelines. Presumably bumbling Biden attempted to maintain the unity of NATO through the state-sponsored terrorist sabotage of the Nord Stream. Hersh now questions which country will leave NATO first. Apparently, Biden learnt of the covert operation when he was informed ‘we can do it’.
With assistance from Norway, US divers planted explosive charges on the pipeline under the cover of a NATO military exercise in the Baltic during the summer of 2022 and the bombs were triggered three months later to avoid arousing suspicion. Biden violated the U.S. Constitution with this act of war. Hersh noted that Biden’s actions essentially resulted in the Russian people further rallying behind Putin. The US government’s unwillingness to sue Hersh for slander says a lot.
EU and US started plotting sanctions against Russia two months before the special military operation in December 2021, said the gynaecologist, Ursula von der Leyen. She advocated a comprehensive increase in pressure on Russia and an expansion of arms and ammunition supplies to Ukraine, for the mass production of which she suggested mobilizing European industry.
The Turks and the Iranians want to build a railroad to the emirates and China wants to become involved. The Turks are enraged by the Americans. It is unlikely that the US will be able to engage two different foes in two separate regions, its economy will likely not cope. The Yuan is rapidly replacing the USD in Russia, the momentum is gaining. Other countries are choosing to use the Yuan for international settlements as opposed to the weaponised USD.
Lloyd Austin indicated the US has deployed more than 20,000 additional troops to Europe and deployed the first permanent US forces to NATO’s eastern flank. Boris Johnson announced he is applying for the post of NATO Secretary General.
Russias MoD update: In total, 387 airplanes, 210 helicopters, 3228 unmanned aerial vehicles, 405 air defence missile systems, 8011 tanks and other armoured fighting vehicles, 1044 fighting vehicles equipped with MLRS, 4205 field artillery guns and mortars, as well as 8494 units of special military vehicles have been destroyed since the beginning of the special military operation.

Ukraine—Media Start To Acknowledge Reality
An extraterrestrial intervention is occurring in the world.
David M. Jacobs, Ph.D. is Associate Professor of History at Temple University. Having conducted nearly 1,150 hypnotic regressions with over 140 alien abductees, Dr. Jacobs has uncovered, in great detail, the alien interbreeding program designed to create a new race of humans loyal to the alien intervention.
Karla Turner Ph.D., author of "Taken"
Karla Turner, Pd.D. authored three books on the alien abduction phenomenon, Into the Fringe (1992), Taken (1994), and, with psychic Ted Rice, Masquerade of Angels (1994). She was convinced that aliens were here not to help us, but to steal from us the sovereignty of our souls.
John Mack, M.D., author of "Passport to the Cosmos"
Former professor of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and Pulitzer Prize-winning author John E. Mack M.D. conclusively proved that aliens exist through an exhaustive study of people who claim to have been abducted by aliens.

Finally some truth about the real state of the Ukrainian military is sneaking into main stream media. It is as bad, still not fully disclosed, as we have described it again and again.
I'll leave out the propaganda bits and go for the factual beef. The quotes are long but needed to grasp the depth of horrible situation.
The opening paragraph:
The quality of Ukraine’s military force, once considered a substantial advantage over Russia, has been degraded by a year of casualties that have taken many of the most experienced fighters off the battlefield, leading some Ukrainian officials to question Kyiv’s readiness to mount a much-anticipated spring offensive.
That spring offensive is as likely to happen as the announced relief campaign to unblock Bakhmut. The later is bugged down in mud which will only become worse over the next few weeks.
The spring campaign will be made up of green recruits which will use a wild mix of weapons they are not familiar with. Unless there are some 'western' surprises I see no way how it can overwhelm the well prepared Russian defense lines.
Back to the piece:
[Á]n influx of inexperienced draftees, brought in to plug the losses, has changed the profile of the Ukrainian force, which is also suffering from basic shortages of ammunition, including artillery shells and mortar bombs, according to military personnel in the field.
“The most valuable thing in war is combat experience,” said a battalion commander in the 46th Air Assault Brigade, who is being identified only by his call sign, Kupol, in keeping with Ukrainian military protocol. “A soldier who has survived six months of combat and a soldier who came from a firing range are two different soldiers. It’s heaven and earth.”
“And there are only a few soldiers with combat experience,” Kupol added. “Unfortunately, they are all already dead or wounded.”
Such grim assessments have spread a palpable, if mostly unspoken, pessimism from the front lines to the corridors of power in Kyiv, the capital.
Ukrainian losses, estimated to be nearer to 200,000 than to 100,000 dead with even more wounded, are especially felt at the lower command level. One can not just take a salesman or teacher from the street and put them into a junior command role.
Kupol said he was speaking out in hopes of securing better training for Ukrainian forces from Washington and that he hopes Ukrainian troops being held back for a coming counteroffensive will have more success than the inexperienced soldiers now manning the front under his command.
“There’s always belief in a miracle,” he said. “Either it will be a massacre and corpses or it’s going to be a professional counteroffensive. There are two options. There will be a counteroffensive either way.”
It indeed will need a miracle for the counteroffensive to become anything but a massacre.
One senior Ukrainian government official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to be candid, called the number of tanks promised by the West a “symbolic” amount. Others privately voiced pessimism that promised supplies would even reach the battlefield in time.
“If you have more resources, you more actively attack,” the senior official said. “If you have fewer resources, you defend more. We’re going to defend. That’s why if you ask me personally, I don’t believe in a big counteroffensive for us. I’d like to believe in it, but I’m looking at the resources and asking, ‘With what?’ Maybe we’ll have some localized breakthroughs.”
“We don’t have the people or weapons,” the senior official added. “And you know the ratio: When you’re on the offensive, you lose twice or three times as many people. We can’t afford to lose that many people.”
The U.S. is not going to ask if the "Ukraine can afford the losses". It will push for a large attack which will have little chance to even get out of its preparation phase.
Kupol, who consented to having his photograph taken and said he understood he could face personal blowback for giving a frank assessment, described going to battle with newly drafted soldiers who had never thrown a grenade, who readily abandoned their positions under fire and who lacked confidence in handling firearms.
His unit withdrew from Soledar in eastern Ukraine in the winter after being surrounded by Russian forces who later captured the city. Kupol recalled how hundreds of Ukrainian soldiers in units fighting alongside his battalion simply abandoned their positions, even as fighters for Russia’s Wagner mercenary group pressed ahead.
After a year of war, Kupol, a lieutenant colonel, said his battalion is unrecognizable. Of about 500 soldiers, roughly 100 were killed in action and another 400 wounded, leading to complete turnover. Kupol said he was the sole military professional in the battalion, and he described the struggle of leading a unit composed entirely of inexperienced troops.
“I get 100 new soldiers,” Kupol said. “They don’t give me any time to prepare them. They say, ‘Take them into the battle.’ They just drop everything and run. That’s it. Do you understand why? Because the soldier doesn’t shoot. I ask him why, and he says, ‘I’m afraid of the sound of the shot.’ And for some reason, he has never thrown a grenade. … We need NATO instructors in all our training centers, and our instructors need to be sent over there into the trenches. Because they failed in their task.”
He described severe ammunition shortages, including a lack of simple mortar bombs and grenades for U.S.-made MK 19s. ... “You’re on the front line,” Kupol said. “They’re coming toward you, and there’s nothing to shoot with.”
Kupol said Kyiv needed to focus on better preparing new troops in a systematic way. “It’s like all we do is give interviews and tell people that we’ve already won, just a little bit further away, two weeks, and we’ll win,” he said.
In FBI Case, the First Amendment Takes Another Bizarre Hit
The style of the new anti-speech Democrat is clear: define all government critics as lacking standing to criticize, impugn their prior opinions and associations, imply that all their beliefs are conspiracy theory, define their lack of faith in the FBI’s judgment as treasonous, and declare their motivation to be financial. Lastly, when they invoke common constitutional rights, make a note that their activities exist in an uncovered carve-out.
This is the playbook, and we all better get used to it.
— Matt Taibbi
Yes, Kiev, helped by 'western' media, is speaking of a victory that is unlikely to ever come. The view from the field is way different:
Dmytro, a Ukrainian soldier whom The Post is identifying only by first name for security reasons, described many of the same conditions. Some of the less-experienced troops serving at his position with the 36th Marine Brigade in the Donetsk region “are afraid to leave the trenches,” he said. Shelling is so intense at times, he said, that one soldier will have a panic attack, then “others catch it.”
The first time he saw fellow soldiers very shaken, Dmytro said, he tried to talk them through the reality of the risks. The next time, he said, they “just ran from the position.”
“I don’t blame them,” he said. “They were so confused.”
Yes, shell shock is real. Being under artillery fire is terrifying. Especially when you are a newbie, sit in a ditch without armor and with no way to respond to it.
Russian artillery supremacy is why Ukrainian losses are a multiple of those on the Russian side. But even if foot soldiers are available and well trained there is nothing that can make up for the loss of an army's backbone:
Ukraine has lost many of its junior officers who received U.S. training over the past nine years, eroding a corps of leaders who helped distinguish the Ukrainians from their Russian enemies at the start of the invasion, the Ukrainian official said. Now, the official said, those forces must be replaced. “A lot of them are killed,” the official said.
Replaced with what? It takes years to train a master sergeant or captain. These positions require experience in the field. No civilian training can replace that. Three week courses, run by 'western' officers with no real war experience, will not be able to make up for this:
Even with new equipment and training, U.S. military officials consider Ukraine’s force insufficient to attack all along the giant front, where Russia has erected substantive defenses, so troops are being trained to probe for weak points that allow them to break through with tanks and armored vehicles.
There will be no weak points. Or maybe there will be some, intentionally left open by the Russians, to draw the Ukrainian 'counterattack' in to then entrap it in one big cauldron.
It is over for the Ukraine. The Russian forces are enveloping Ukrainian units in several small cauldrons. Bakhmut is only one of them. South of it is the New York agglomeration which will become another one. Anviivka, further south, is also in big trouble and may even become the first of the three to fall.
Jl 2:12-18
Even now, says the LORD,
return to me with your whole heart,
with fasting, and weeping, and mourning;
Rend your hearts, not your garments,
and return to the LORD, your God.
For gracious and merciful is he,
slow to anger, rich in kindness,
and relenting in punishment.
Perhaps he will again relent
and leave behind him a blessing,
Offerings and libations
for the LORD, your God.
Blow the trumpet in Zion!
proclaim a fast,
call an assembly;
Gather the people,
notify the congregation;
Assemble the elders,
gather the children
and the infants at the breast;
Let the bridegroom quit his room
and the bride her chamber.
Between the porch and the altar
let the priests, the ministers of the LORD, weep,
And say, “Spare, O LORD, your people,
and make not your heritage a reproach,
with the nations ruling over them!
Why should they say among the peoples,
‘Where is their God?’”
8 And Stephen, full of grace and power, was performing great wonders and signs among the people. 9 But some men from what was called the Synagogue of the Freedmen, including both Cyrenians and Alexandrians, and some from Cilicia and Asia, rose up and argued with Stephen. 10 But they were unable to cope with his wisdom and the Spirit by whom he was speaking. 11 Then they secretly induced men to say, “We have heard him speak blasphemous words against Moses and God.” 12 And they stirred up the people, the elders, and the scribes, and they came up to him and dragged him away, and brought him before the Council. 13 They put forward false witnesses who said, “This man does not stop speaking against this holy place and the Law; 14 for we have heard him say that this Nazarene, Jesus, will destroy this place and change the customs which Moses handed down to us.” 15 And all who were sitting in the Council stared at him, and they saw his face, which was like the face of an angel.

Many people associate the season of Lent with Catholicism, but that no longer holds true. Many other churches and people are choosing to observe the forty days (not including Sundays) before Easter. Lent is a time of penance, of choosing to look closely at our lives and invite the Holy Spirit in to help us clean house.
Often we will choose to give up something, a sacrifice we offer to the Lord, but also something we use as a way to remind us to be more holy, more dependent on God. We fast on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday, and we abstain from meat on Fridays as well, although many Catholics do not understand that we still have an obligation to fast on Fridays or substitute another penitential practice year round. We are called to give alms during Lent.
These practices are meant to help us prepare to meet Jesus on Easter Sunday, having walked these six weeks with him toward Calvary, fasting as he fasted in the desert, carrying our cross as he carried his, doing the will of the Father as Jesus taught us so well.
Like Mary, we hope to find ourselves at the foot of the cross on Good Friday, still with our Savior, looking with a more hopeful and receptive heart toward the Resurrection.
Last Friday, the ruler of Germany got on a plane and flew to Washington, then took a car service to the White House for a private meeting with Joe Biden. He was not accompanied by German media. After the meeting, the White House issued a one paragraph summary of the meeting. There was a brief media show after the meeting and then Scholz got back on a plane to Berlin. Regime media then issued the usual agit-prop about the collective West’s commitment to victory.
The whole thing was extremely bizarre, even by current standards. Normally when a head of state visits Washington, they bring their media to cover it. They typically bring some of their most important citizens to meet Washington officials. Often, the visiting head of state will stay the night in the White House, even if there is no official state dinner on the agenda. The trip is finished off by a press conference in which state media from both countries put on a show.
Op-Ed: Don’t Let the Feds Make Idaho a Vassal of California
It’s easy sport for politicians to complain about Washington D.C. After all, D.C. is where so many ill-advised ideas are dreamt up and put into federal law, regulation, or judicial opinion. It’s much more difficult to find examples of federal overreach that everyone can agree on. The Lava Ridge Wind Project, however, is one such example.
Out-of-state financiers and federal regulators plan to move forward with the construction of a massive wind turbine farm. If approved by federal regulators, the Lava Ridge Wind Project will place 400 turbines across 75,000 acres of public land. At full capacity, the Lava Ridge Wind Project would be one of the largest wind farms in the United States—dwarfing nearly all other comparable projects.
The project is being pushed by a New York-based company. Their view is to use Idaho’s lands and natural resources for the benefit of consumers in far-off Malibu or San Francisco, California. That’s right: current Idaho industries that use these public lands — including dairymen, ranchers, farmers, and sportsmen — will have their productive economic activities pushed aside so the 1% can continue living the California life-style, while claiming to be climate change “neutral.”
But the Lava Ridge Wind Project is anything but “neutral.” Pushed forward on a rapid time frame because of an executive order then-President Obama signed, the Lava Ridge Wind Project will reshape the Magic Valley and impact the lives of hundreds of thousands of hardworking Idaho families.
The construction, installation, and ongoing maintenance of the project’s wind turbines will have negative consequences for: the aquifer and groundwater; the sanctity of the Minidoka National Historic Monument; the ability of hotshots and wild land firefighters to suppress wildfires; local roads, bridges, and highways that will see heavy truck traffic but little to no money to repair foreseen damages; biodiversity, migrating birds, and big game species that will be harmed or forced to relocate; local schools and the Magic Valley housing market that will see a sudden influx of out-of-state laborers, many of them without lawful status to work in the U.S.
Worst of all? Magic Valley Residents will endure all of these changes, but citizens of Idaho won’t reap a single benefit: any and all power generated from the project will be sent out-of-state, most likely to the higher utility fee payers in California.
Our people, our lands, and our economy is disrupted so a bunch of folks in Silicon Valley can satisfy the demands of their own silly green energy requirements. No thank you.
Magic Valley residents should applaud the efforts of Idaho Republicans — including our governor and members of our federal delegation and State Legislature—who have raised questions about this project and expressed serious concerns about its impact on the Idaho way of life.
But you must do your part, as well. File a comment with the Bureau of Land Management and the federal government and let them know that Idaho’s land and resources should be for the people of Idaho. This issue can bring all of us—from environmentalists to ranchers—together. Let’s unify to keep the federal government from harming our unique landscape and putting our people’s interests last. Let’s work together to put the Magic Valley and Idaho first.

One interpretation of this bizarre event is that Scholz was summoned to the imperial capital so he could be reminded that Washington would not think twice about regime changing him and the other flunkies in his government. The German political class may be craven and obsequious, but they are not so stupid as to not understand what is going on with the war on Russia. A year on and none of the predictions from Washington have turned out to be accurate.
The reason that the promise of new super tanks for Ukraine has fallen apart is the Germans cannot scrape up enough of them. The reason for that is the internal resistance in Germany to supplying what is left of German weapons. This is not just a German problem, but it is signaling to the other EU counties that it is probably a good idea to not give the store away. This meeting could have been a warning to Scholz about what happens when you defy the empire.
Alternatively, Scholz could have been dispatched to deliver a secret message to Washington on behalf of Europe. Given the shabby state of things in the West, the only way to make sure such a message was not leaked to the world would be to hand deliver it in the White House. Scholz met privately with Biden for one hour. This means no one can be sure what was said in that meeting. Most likely, Biden had his key handlers there to receive the message from Scholz.
A third option is that Scholz was summoned so that Washington could confirm that it was Washington that ordered the bombing of the gas lines. What followed the meeting was a claim laundered through regime media that it was the Ukrainians that bombed the Nord Stream pipelines. The absurdity of the claim notwithstanding, this could be misdirection to give Scholz some cover. Maybe the disclosure came with some promises to help in other areas.
A fourth option is that Washington is planning to expand the war to include China, with the excuse being the claim that China is selling arms to Russia. China is a vital trading partner for Germany. Scholz recently met with the Chinese and issued Washington supplied statements about the consequences of selling arms to Russia. This secret meeting could be part of some backdoor discussion with China or about looming sanctions on China over support for Russia.
On the other hand, the Germans have been increasingly restless about the progress in the war, so this meeting could have been a warning to Washington. The German economy is in a precarious state due to sanctions. Europe avoided an energy crisis this winter because they stocked up on Russian gas. That buffer is now gone, which means a looming energy crisis this year. Put another way, time is running out on Washington’s scheme to defeat the Russians and steal their resources.
There are also the events on the battlefield. The Russians have encircled the strategic town of Bakhmut. This is the linchpin to what is called the Zelensky line. If this town falls, then the line of contact moves rapidly west. It would also rule out any possibility of counter attacking this spring. There were reports that the Ukrainians were abandoning the town, but then Zelensky changed course again. Now there are reports of new units with new Western gear being thrown into the cauldron.
Clearly, Washington is calling the shots in Kiev, so this change of plan in Bakhmut could mean there is some new escalation planned. That could be why Scholz was called in for a private briefing. Maybe the Poles will be sent into the Western part of Ukraine in order to bring supply lines closer to the front. Currently, the Ukrainian army is supplied through Poland using rail lines. Having the Poles set up forward bases in Ukraine shortens the supply lines.
That would also put NATO troops near the front. The Russians have been attacking the rail system and power grid all over Ukraine. Would they attack those rail depots knowing that they are full of Polish troops? That could give the Kagan cult the excuse to launch World War III. It sounds insane, but this is what happens when you have a Bronze Age death cult running imperial policy. No matter how insane the idea, they are willing to consider it in pursuit of their goal.
The final possibility is that we are seeing the start of the end game. Unless Washington is prepared to get directly involved in the war, there is no other possible outcome for Ukraine than defeat. The question is how to manage this so that Western governments experience the least amount of agony. Given how Western politics is driven by narrative, this meeting may signal the start of a new narrative to explain what is looking like the inevitable demise of Ukraine.

The First Amendment protects against the infringement of religion and in so doing, it protects religion itself from blasphemers, heretics, iconoclasts, and apostates.
Satanism is NOT a legitimate religion and does not deserve any protections under the First Amendment.
Satanism exists solely as a repudiation of another religion, Christianity. Satan is NOT a god. He's a flunky. Any worship of Satan is merely a rude gesture AGAINST the God of Christianity. The entire act of worship in Satanism IS flinging an insult at the God of Christianity. As such, it is not the practice of a religion, but rather the practice of an insult.

You may already know that NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. The name is derived from three components that most affect our human experience: our neurology, our language, and our programming, or the way in which we have learned to model the world around us. The development of NLP began in the 1970s in California, by Richard Bandler and John Grinder as an innovative approach to psychotherapy, communication, and personal development.
NLP studies the methods, validity and scope involved in what it means to be human on many different levels and dimensions. It focuses on fostering competence and flexibility of behavior, and involves analytical and strategic thought to understand what mental processes are behind human behavior.

It is a time of unrest in 1920s Europa. The ashes from the first great war still darken the snow. The capitalistic city-state known simply as 'The Factory,' which fueled the war with heavily armored mechs, has closed its doors, drawing the attention of several nearby countries.
Other than each player’s individual hidden objective cards, the only elements of luck are encounter cards that players will draw as they interact with the citizens of newly explored lands and combat cards that give you a temporary boost in combat. Combat is also driven by choices, not luck or randomness.
